Education is the single most important factor in the development of a country. Do you agree?

Of course Education is most important in country. In the society we live now people appreciate humans with intelligence people. Because intelligence people helps in countries any problems . Therefore today guys attempt to learn knowledge. This knowledge will be our property in the future.
 But in my country poor people more than intelligence people so it is obvious about Mongolian development. This is connecting mental retardation with Mongolian guys. Some people did not want to learn knowledge but other some people they really want to learn knowledge but they did not have any money. 

I think our Mongolian government help humans who have a dream and poor people. Because knowledge is expensive .
